Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead a team of proposal specialists. The successful candidate will have Dept. of Defense/Dept of State experience (in construction) and will be well versed in IDIQ task orders. The candidate will be expected to clearly and effectively write the management section of the proposal and have a track record of success. In this role, you will also support the VP of federal programs, business development representatives, operations staff, and the director of proposals.

Requirements

Must have previous proposal development experience particularly with either Department of Defense or Department of State (as it relates to construction). Candidate must also have complete understanding of IDIQ task orders.
