Responsibilities:
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with measurable experience in recruiting executives in teaching, community, academic and rural hospitals as well as behavioral health facilities.
-Client and candidate interaction
-Assist business development in opening and managing clients
-Bring your book of business and candidates to bear in running your desk and growing your business 
-Results Driven- “love to win, hate to fail” 
-Adaptable to change with a dynamic and fast growing firm
-Accustomed to warm and cold calling in and out of normal work hours as your candidates’ needs require 
-Work environment of integrity, trust and an atmosphere of dignity and mutual respect
-Attitude and aptitude for working in a high level and established candidate pool
-Efficient use of candidate/client database  
-Develop ongoing creative and cost effective recruitment strategies  
-Prescreen and disposition of unqualified candidates     
-Review compensation parameters and strategies with business development 
-Assist in client interview process with candidates  
-Demonstrated ability to recruit for broad range of positions, with expertise in one or several functional areas within healthcare
-Proficient in Internet recruiting, sourcing and social networking      
-Ability to multi-task and project manage as a part of a team  
-Well developed administrative and follow-through practices 
-Excellent customer service skills and complete follow through to resolution  
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills  
-Possess very strong organization skills and attention to detail

Requirements
