High fives all around our firm yesterday for another job well done! Our latest placement falls under the type of search we like to call a "clean up job". If you've ever seen Pulp Fiction, we have fun with a lot of "Cleaner" references when we do these searches. That's when we come late into the process, after the client or other firms have been unsuccessful making a hire, and then we bring closure to the search.
This role had been opened for approximately 3 months with over 50 resumes sent, and about 8 candidates interviewed before Prestige Scientific was engaged. Inside of a week our firm presented 2 candidates, both were interviewed, and one was hired. The hiring Manager even looked for a last minute approval to hire both!
We're also wrapping up a search with a simliar story line. A Director role that has been open for two months, they've seen well over 40 resumes, and interviewed 3 candidates. Prestige Scientific engaged in the search and the client interviewed the only two candidates submitted. The hiring Manager expects to make a decision based on those two. More good news sure to come!
