Prior to founding AMINEX in 1990, Lisa worked for a National Recruiting firm in the Actuarial field. Lisa brings hard work and sensitivity to all of her search assignments and has created a strong following of client companies who work with her exclusively. He has served on the Board of Directors and as the Membership Chairperson of Insurance National Search and as the organization�s Vice-President. He is also on the Board of Directors of the National Insurance Recruiters Association. Rick has been frequently interviewed by the local print media soliciting his views on employment in the Insurance industry.
