Techpros was founded in 1998 and specializes in placing talent into technology companies with a focus in software. We have a successful track record of placing people at all levels from individual through executive, in all departments, both on a retained search and contingency basis.
Mark Goodstein, as the founder of Techpros brings 18 years of recruiting experience with a focus in software and has been a top industry producer. Prior to recruiting, Mark was a practicing attorney. He is a past board member of MAPS.
Mark is a graduate of University of Vermont and The Washington College of Law at The American University.
He is joined by his sister, Shari Goodstein
Shari comes to Techpros with 18 years of corporate experience. Early in her career she managed a business aviation department for a very lucrative LBO firm. After leaving the corporate aviation world Shari went on to own and operate a video conferencing company. The company became hugely successful and over the six years it was in business, Shari interviewed, and hired many people. Her company was one of the leaders in Northeast for selling videoconferencing and multimedia rooms.
Shari's biggest pleasure thus far is to have the opportunity to partner with her brother Mark in his company, Techpros. With her vast experience in multiple industries she brings knowledge that only life experience can teach you. She says that recruiting and helping others in there career has been more self rewarding than anything she has done thus far and a great culmination of all of her experiences.
