A few weeks back, I gave a talk to members concerning the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act (NCAA) that is being considered in the Massachusetts legislature.  If adopted, the NCAA will dramatically impact the enforcement of noncompetition agreements in the Commonwealth.

I have attached two documents.  The first is the current draft of the bill, which I understand was referred to the Judiciary Committee earlier today.  The second is a copy of a white paper that I prepared discussing the key features of the bill.
