Salaries and fees are increasing dramatically, and the role of the Staffing Industry in the hiring process has become more vital and instrumental for our client companies. It also has never more beneficial to become a member of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services (MAPS).
MAPS is the oldest personnel agency association in the country. We are a cohesive organization that provides education and training, certification, develop standards of ethics and business practices, tackle vital political issues and offer networking opportunities for our members.
Our membership is comprised of Permanent Placement, Temporary Staffing and Executive Search experts that include sole proprietors, small firms and large global franchise operations.

MAPS also leads the way for CPC and CTS Certification. Certification is the most definitive way to demonstrate to your clients that you subscribe and practice to the highest ethical and professional standards of the industry.
